Over the years, the LVNBA has had the privilege of hosting its largest annual event and fundraiser, the Scholarships & Awards Gala. Proceeds from the Gala directly support scholarships for law students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to community service, as well as participation in LVNBA-led initiatives and national competitions.

To date, the LVNBA has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in numerous scholarships, providing meaningful financial support and expanding opportunities for aspiring legal professionals. These scholarships allow recipients to focus on the experiences and opportunities that will prepare them for successful careers in the legal profession.

This year, the LVNBA will host its sold out Annual Scholarships & Awards Gala on Saturday, October 10, at Suncoast Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This highly anticipated formal event will bring together hundreds of distinguished guests for an evening of fine dining, entertainment, and celebration. And back by popular demand is our Silent Auction in Partnership with AmFund!

We are proud to award a milestone $50,000 in scholarships this year, and to launch the Inaugural Dr. Al Gourrier Sr. Bar Prep Scholarship.
