The mission of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association (LVNBA) is to advance the science of jurisprudence and improve the administration of justice.

Richard Boulware, Esq., LVNBA President 2010-11
Richard Boulware is an Assistant Attorney at the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender's Office in Las Vegas. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Columbia Law School, where he was and editor on the Columbia Law Review, and he received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University in 1993. Before joining the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender's Office in Las Vegas, Richard clerked in federal court for the Honorable Denise Cote, District Judge, Southern District of New York, and then became a trial attorney for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in New York.
