President: Richard Boulware
Richard Boulware is an Assistant Attorney at the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender's Office in Las Vegas. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Columbia Law School, where he was and editor on the Columbia Law Review, and he received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University in 1993. Before joining the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender's Office in Las Vegas, Richard clerked in federal court for the Honorable Denise Cote, District Judge, Southern District of New York, and then became a trial attorney for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in New York. |

Vice President: Tierra D. Jones
Tierra D. Jones is an Attorney at the Clark County Public Defender’s Office where she practices criminal law. Tierra received her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice with a minor in counseling and educational psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. As an attorney at the Clark County Public Defender's Office, she represents indigent criminal defendants in all stages of the criminal process and has handled a large number of cases, mentored new lawyers, taken more than 15 cases to jury trial, and argued before the Nevada Supreme Court. During law school, Tierra worked as a law clerk at the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender's Office in Las Vegas. Before joining the Clark County Public Defender's Office, Tierra worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stewart L. Bell in the Clark County District Court and as a law clerk for the Office of the Clark County Public Defender. Tierra is the immediate past Secretary of the LVNBA (2007-09). She is a member of the 2010 Class of Leadership Las Vegas, serves as an Attorney Mentor for law students, and volunteers as a judge for several mock trial and moot court competitions. |

Treasurer: Patricia Lee
Patricia Lee is a Partner at Hutchison & Steffen. Patricia received her Juris Doctor at George Washington University (GWU) Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and communications at the University of Southern California (USC). She practices primarily business and commercial litigation, including, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract enforcement/defense, non-competition agreements, and commercial lease review and litigation. Patricia also practices in the areas of trademark registration and litigation, collections, mechanic’s liens/foreclosures and medical claims billing. During her time at USC, she received several awards, including the Thurgood Marshall Leadership Award and the Order of Troy for academic achievement. At GWU, she was the Community Service Director for the Student Bar Association as well as the Student Director over the Small Business Clinic. Before joining Hutchison & Steffen, Patricia worked at the California Science Center in Los Angeles, as an intern for the United States Department of Justice, at the United States Postal Service, and for a private practitioner focused primarily on employment and labor law, and criminal law. Patricia serves as a volunteer attorney for the Child Advocacy Program where she represents abused and neglected children in Clark County. |

Secretary: Rachel Anderson
Rachel Anderson is an Associate Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she teaches business organizations, human rights, and international business transactions. Rachel received her Juris Doctor from the University of California Berkeley School of Law where she served as an editor on the California Law Review, the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and the African-American Law & Policy Report. She received a Master of the Arts from Stanford University and a Zwischenprüfung from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Before entering academia, Rachel was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP and worked for a subsidiary of Mannheimer Verkehrs- und Versorgungs AG. She serves on the National Advisory Board of the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy, the Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada, and is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. |
